The Boston Bound Marathon Training Program is a coached, group training program which is designed to prepare the participants for the challenge of running the Boston Marathon. The program can be adapted for runners doing other spring marathons such as the National, Big Sur, Pittsburgh and Frederick Marathons. The program will consist of 2 group workouts per week. Tuesday night runs will be at the Walt Whitman High School track, and will focus on specific conditioning exercises, drills and race specific running workouts.
